Teplice Rocks (Teplické skály)

The National Monument of Adršpach-Teplice Rocks (Adršpašsko-teplické skály) near the town of Broumov is a large plateau of 17 square kilometers. It includes accessible rock labyrinths  with the sandstone hill of Čáp (elevation 786 metres) towering above them and offering wide panoramic views.

The Teplice Rock Labyrinth is accessible from the parking lot near the Orlík Hotel (Teplice nad Metují - Skály train stop). The loop (entrance fee) is 6 km long and blue-marked. The Teplické Rocks is characterized by high vertical walls and gorges in such a quantity which cannot be found in other rock labyrinths. The formations such as the Axe, Watch Tower, Cathedral Square, Martin Wall, Giant's Toothpick, Siberia Gorge are just amazing. The climb to the former "Střmen Castle" is also worth mentioning and is a must when walking along the loop. The whole loop will take approximately 3 hours.
