From Kokořín to Pokličky

Route length: 9.5 km, easy route

The starting point for this pleasant hiking loop is the parking lot below Kokořín Castle. Whether you choose to visit the Kokořín Castle at the beginning or the end of your hike is entirely up to you. From the parking lot, follow the red trail through a picturesque valley along the Pšovka River to the Pokličky junction. A short but steep climb along the blue trail will take you up to their level, where you’ll find a viewpoint. Take the same path back down to the junction and follow the yellow trail from there on a steady but gentle climb to the Bílka junction, where the yellow trail ends. You will then follow the green trail to the right through Sedlec and later through the forest, which has several lookout points, all the way back to the parking lot below Kokořín.
